⭐ Say hello to our Coates Creator, Jenise Jamison! ⭐
As a Content Services Lead based in our Chicago office, Jenise works very closely with our proprietary Content Management System, Switchboard™, to manage ongoing customer campaign releases.
In her time at Coates, she's learned to configure campaigns to create dynamic pricing content via our "Switchboard™ Stickers" visualisation tool. Having configured over 20+ campaigns using this tool, she's become the project owner and has earned the nickname "Stickers Queen".
In her spare time, Jenise enjoys theatre and performance art shows and has a love for travel.
Our Operations Manager for the Middle East region. Julie enjoys wearing multiple hats in her day-to-day at work. When she isn't working, you can find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen using her mum's recipes!
She's also into sketching body-positive art to bring awareness to the acceptance, celebration and self-love of diverse body shapes and sizes!
✨ Meet Valentine Potié, our Product Engagement Lead in France ✨
Valentine is a customer-focused individual who enjoys working on our global products and services in addition to leading a team of three from our office based in France. One of her favourite hobbies is horse riding! She also enjoys traveling across the world and experiencing different cultures. Prior to joining Coates Group, Valentine worked as a chef at many restaurants and even opened a hotel in the Dominican Republic!
But the most exciting moment is about to begin as she becomes a mom in July 2023! 👶
Our People & Culture Director for International Markets is based in Sydney, Australia.
Gabi is an integral member of our People & Culture team who values our Crew and making Coates an amazing place to work! 👏
In her spare time, you can find her cooking up some incredible dishes, going for sunrise walks along the beach or watching live music when the best DJs are in town!

Paige describes herself as very expressive and enjoys making her colleagues feel comfortable in any given situation - a trait that we all know plays such a crucial role in the workplace, especially in a post-COVID world. 👏 👏 👏
Paige’s favourite part about working for Coates is seeing her work come through in a finished project, getting to know as many of her colleagues as possible in the business, and supporting our charity partner events for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Telisha’s role involves working with and supporting multiple stakeholders across our global business.
In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks with her son, thinking about creative ways to make her home cosier with new décor, and adding new items to her Amazon shopping cart! 🛍️
⭐ Fun Fact ⭐ Telisha used to have her own blog that led her to participate in campaigns for national brands and even gain a freelance writing opportunity for a digital magazine! ✍️

Eric's day-to-day involves the maintenance and future development of our Content Management System, Switchboard™.
He finds satisfaction in contributing to the deployment and growth of the products he works on and in the feedback he receives from customers, which makes him a valuable member of the team!
Keito’s personal mantra is to base her life on how she chooses to live it each day. She is a big believer that the decisions and choices she makes every day can determine how she lives her best life.
Outside of work, Keito is very passionate about graphic design. She draws for friends' weddings and even creates materials for restaurants and stores!
